Why Cūpus Club?
Cūpus Club was founded to dispel the myth that speciality-grade coffee is either inaccessible or excessively priced. Our mission is to offer affordable speciality-grade coffee to budding home-baristas, small families, businesses, and coffee enthusiasts who aspire to explore the art of coffee craftsmanship. We specialise in single-origin beans, providing a premium coffee experience that is both attainable and affordable.
Sustainable & Ethical
All beans are 100% Arabica speciality grade, meticulously harvested under strict measures to preserve their flavour and consistency. This careful approach ensures our beans are cleaner, smoother, and stay fresh much longer. At Cūpus Club, we prioritise quality over commodity, delivering an exceptional coffee experience with every cup.
Roasting
We use the most environmentally friendly roaster available, boasting up to 80% gas savings compared to conventional coffee roasters. Our innovative oxygen-free roasting machines utilise convection rather than conduction, avoiding the use of a heated drum. This method minimises surface burning of the beans, ensuring a superior roast quality and flavour.
Handling
At the end of each roast, we air-cool the coffee inside the roaster, preventing smoke from being released into the environment. Additionally, all roasted coffee goes through our de-stoner to remove any foreign objects, such as stones, ensuring the purity and quality of our beans.
Preparation
40 percent of CO2 are released within 24-hours after roasting. As we roast and rest daily, please be rest assured that when you place an order, you will receive beans that are no older than 7 days, approaching peak flavour and finish every time.
